  2. We guarantee all fresh flower arrangements for 48 hours providing reasonable care was taken by the recipient. For example: flowers were not placed over heating or air conditioning vents, were not placed in refrigerators, were left without water, or chemicals such as sugar, aspirin, etc. were not added to the arrangement. We reserve the right to determine reasonable care.
  3. The floral arrangements appearing on our web pages are generally available from our florist. Some flowers, greens, and containers have limited availability. When choosing a specific arrangement for delivery, please provide us with an alternate selection.
  4. We guarantee all green plants, dish gardens, and blooming plants for 7 days from date of purchase, providing reasonable care is given. Reasonable care is defined as but not limited to such things as not having: over watering of the plant, exposure to insect infestation, and exposure to extremes of heat and/or cold. We reserve the right to determine reasonable care.
  5. We are not responsible for any adverse physical effects or emotional upsets caused by the use of or the receiving of our products.
  6. We are not responsible for any adverse physical effects caused by our products if eaten by a person, or a person’s children or pet(s).
  7. We are not responsible for any damage done to or by our products on a person real property or personal property.
  8. We are not responsible for any fire hazard caused by the use of any candles in our arrangements, or fires caused by the burning of candles.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse an order or service if we deem it inappropriate or not in our best interest.
  10. We are not responsible for loss or damage if orders are left for the recipient per the request of the sender.
  11. Deliveries are subject to weather conditions. If we determine weather conditions are unsafe we will deliver orders as soon as conditions permit.
  12. Deliveries are subject to national emergency. When the emergency has passed we will deliver the order.
  13. All orders are confidential within reason. If law enforcement requires information from us pertaining to your order and it is in writing or we deem it appropriate pertaining to the situation to answer their questions without written formality we will comply with full disclosure.
